All the payment methods listed above are available to customers in both the United Kingdom and the United States.

When You Are Charged

Payment is captured in full at the time your order is placed. We do not offer pay-later or split-payment options at checkout.

Currency

All prices are displayed and charged in US Dollars (USD). If your card, bank or PayPal account is denominated in a different currency, your card issuer or payment provider will convert the charge to your local currency using their own exchange rate, and may apply a foreign transaction or conversion fee. Lummero does not control or receive any part of this conversion fee.

Refunds

Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method used for the purchase, in USD. Your bank, card issuer or PayPal may take a few additional business days to display the refunded amount in your account, and any currency conversion on the refund is handled by your payment provider under the same terms as the original charge. Delivery

Lummero delivers orders to:

• United Kingdom
• United States

Lummero provides address delivery only.

Orders are delivered to the address entered by the customer during checkout.

Delivery Methods

For the United Kingdom, orders are delivered by an available courier service, which may include Royal Mail.

For the United States, orders are delivered by UPS.

The available delivery method is displayed during checkout after the customer enters a valid delivery address.

Processing Time

Orders are normally processed within 1–2 business days before dispatch.

United Kingdom: 3-5 business days; United States: 3-5 business days

International delivery to the United States does not exceed one week after dispatch.

Shipping Cost

Shipping is free for orders delivered to the United Kingdom and the United States.
