1. Order Processing Time
Orders are processed and dispatched within 1–3 business days (Monday–Friday). Orders placed on weekends or UK public holidays will be processed on the next business day.
2. Estimated Delivery Times
- UK & US: 5–8 business days
- EU: 6–10 business days
- Rest of world: 7–14 business days
Tracking is included with every order and will be sent by email once your order has been dispatched.
Please note: delivery times are estimates and may be affected by courier delays, weather conditions, or seasonal demand.
3. Shipping Fees
We currently offer free shipping on all orders, worldwide.
4. Order Changes & Address Corrections
If you need to update your shipping address or cancel your order, please contact us at info@lummero.com as soon as possible. Once an order has been dispatched, we are unable to modify, reroute, or cancel it.
If a parcel is returned to us due to an incorrect address or a failed delivery attempt, we can either resend it (additional postage may apply) or issue a refund minus the original shipping cost.
5. Delivery Attempts & Safe Places
Couriers may leave your parcel with a neighbour or in a designated safe place where available. If your parcel appears to be missing, please contact us within 7 days of the marked delivery date and we will open an investigation with the courier on your behalf.
6. Damaged, Missing, or Lost Parcels
If your order arrives damaged or defective, please contact us within 30 days of delivery with clear photos of the item and its packaging, and we will arrange a replacement or full refund at no extra cost.
If tracking shows your order as "delivered" but it has not arrived, please check with neighbours or your local depot first. If the issue remains unresolved, contact us and we will liaise with the courier to resolve it.
7. Split Shipments
To ensure faster fulfilment, your order may occasionally be shipped in multiple parcels, each with its own tracking number and dispatch notification.
8. Taxes & VAT
All prices shown on lummero.com include VAT where applicable under UK and EU law. Customers outside the UK/EU are responsible for any import duties, taxes, or customs fees charged by their country.
