Shipping & Delivery
What shipping methods are available?
Tracked home delivery via Royal Mail / EVRi / DPD (selected automatically by route). Every order receives a tracking link by email.
How long will it take to get my package?
We dispatch in 1–2 business days. Typical UK delivery is 3-7 business days after dispatch (tracked). Remote areas or peak seasons may add +1–2 days.
Can I track my order?
Yes, your tracking link arrives by email once your parcel ships. You can also use Track Your Order Page.
Do you offer express shipping?
Currently we focus on a reliable tracked service (3-7 business days in the UK). If you have a deadline, contact us and we’ll advise the fastest option available.
Do you ship internationally?
We do to select countries. Rates and ETAs appear at checkout. Customs/duties (if any) are paid by the recipient.
What happens if I’m not home?
Carriers may attempt redelivery, leave the parcel with a neighbour, or to a safe place (if selected). Parcels returned as undeliverable can be resent; additional postage may apply.
Orders & Payments
What payment methods are accepted?
Visa, Mastercard, American Express, PayPal, Apple Pay, Google Pay, Shop Pay. Options vary by region; available methods are shown at checkout.
Can I change or cancel my order?
Yes before dispatch. Email us ASAP with the subject “Order Change” and your order number. Once shipped, we can no longer reroute or cancel.
Can I edit my shipping address after ordering?
We can update it before the parcel leaves our warehouse. After dispatch, address changes aren’t possible.
Is buying online safe?
Yes. Our store uses SSL encryption and Shopify’s PCI-DSS compliant checkout. We don’t store your full payment details on our servers.
Returns, Exchanges & Warranty
What is your return policy?
You may return unused items in original packaging within 30 days of delivery.
My lamp arrived damaged — what should I do?
Email info@lummero.com within 30 days of delivery with photos of the product and packaging. We’ll arrange a replacement or refund.
How long is the warranty? What does it cover?
All LUMMERO lamps carry a 2-year warranty against manufacturing defects. It doesn’t cover misuse, water exposure, modified wiring, or bulbs.
When will I receive my refund?
Once your return is inspected and approved, refunds are processed within 3–7 business days to your original payment method.
